Trial Period (14 Days) – No Risk

You can explore all features of Penna during the 14-day free trial without any charges.

If you do not wish to continue after the trial, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

If you were mistakenly charged after canceling, please contact us within the first 7 days of the charge.

Annual Subscription ($240 per user, auto-renews annually)

Your subscription automatically renews each year unless canceled before the renewal date.

We do not offer refunds once an annual payment is processed.

If you cancel mid-year, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid term, but no partial refunds will be issued.

Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under these circumstances:

Accidental Charge: If you were charged due to an administrative error and report it within 7 days of billing.

Technical Issues: If you experience a major technical issue that prevents the use of the software, and our support team is unable to resolve it.

Unintended Renewal: If your subscription auto-renews and you notify us within 48 hours of the charge, we may issue a refund.

Changes to Your Subscription

Upgrading Plans: If you need to add more users, you’ll be charged a prorated amount based on the remaining subscription period.

Downgrading Plans: Downgrades will take effect at the next renewal.
